I’ve heard here and there that women in the Kanto Black tier are not as high-level as those in other Black tiers. Lately, I’ve started to feel that this may be causing issues with women’s allowances, so I’d like to ask about it.

Because of that, even an average-looking woman—or one who isn’t particularly high-level—may be offered a substantial amount. Women also tend to receive plenty of offers, so some become more demanding. (Of course, the opposite can happen too.) So perhaps you feel that women at regional clubs are more attractive and more humble. Think of the Kanto area as a whole zoo with all kinds of people. P.S. 1 Rather than viewing the club lowering your class by one level as an act of goodwill, I think it would be better to assume they felt that matching two people from the lowest class might be difficult. P.S. 2 If it were me, I’d pay the amount she initially asked for and then end things there. Perhaps that man would have wanted to continue seeing her if the amount had been just a little lower… But I can’t really say, since I don’t know your specific appearance or the amount involved.

Maezawa from the President’s Office here. This is getting a little hard to follow, but you’re talking about the amount of the allowance, right? That means he was surprised because the amount you requested was higher than what other women had asked for, correct? You may have assumed it was because of the class you were assigned to, but I don’t think that’s the case. I suspect the women that man had dated before simply happened to ask for lower allowances. Alternatively, perhaps he was such a good man that the women felt they’d be fine with a lower allowance in his case. So, in this particular situation, I don’t think the class assignment and the allowance are related. That said, as another respondent mentioned, women who would normally be in the Black class are ranked as Platinum in the Kanto area, which leads to a flood of offers. Because of supply and demand, women also tend to receive higher allowances there, since there are more men who can afford to pay them. To improve the situation, it seems the women currently ranked as Platinum would need to be moved to Black, reducing the number of offers they receive compared with now.
