In another question, someone wrote, “It’s only about ¥500,000 a month,” and it’s really warped my sense of money. If that’s ¥500,000 per month after taxes, with a family to support, it seems like a fairly substantial income. Assuming that income comes entirely from employment or business earnings, I imagine the gross income would probably exceed ¥30 million. So even male members earning at this level can still fail to make things work… What’s interesting is that, with all due respect, the person answering the question probably has a lower income than the person who asked it... Generally speaking, high-income respondents don’t answer questions of this kind. I wonder what’s behind that. It occurred to me that this may offer a clue about how to enjoy dating clubs. My question is: What income level does Universe Club envision for its male members—even in terms of disposable income? Perhaps the biggest targets are actually people with such high incomes that they can’t even get into the salon...
