If a Type A woman offers an intimate relationship to a man she went on a date with, would that also be considered dating-type fraud?

Aizawa here—I’ll answer as well. Dating Type A: Basically, I only want dinner dates. That said, since it’s a relationship between a man and a woman, isn’t it possible that your feelings might change if you meet someone you really, really like? I don’t think it’s dating-type fraud if you start out as Type A, but your feelings change as you continue seeing someone and you think, “With this person, I’d be Type D!!” To me, your dating type is simply how you feel when you first meet someone. On the other hand, saying, “You’re Type A, so don’t go to a hotel!!” is interfering in someone else’s relationship, so I don’t think you can impose that.

Maezawa here. Strictly speaking, this would be a “dating type scam,” wouldn’t it? But in that case, nobody complains. Men can be pretty self-centered. (笑) If a woman listed as Dating Type C is actually Dating Type A, it becomes a huge issue. You get some serious complaints, and in some cases they even demand their money back. But conversely, if a woman listed as Dating Type A turns out to be Dating Type D, it becomes more of a bragging point: “I invited her, and it worked out from the very first day.” Apparently, satisfaction levels go up quite a bit. So, in the situation you’re asking about, for some reason it doesn’t count as a dating type scam. That said, men really need to be careful not to invite a Dating Type A woman to an adult relationship (intimate) from the very first day. We’ve received some extremely strong complaints from women about this. They say: “If you’re going to invite me from the very first day, then why have Dating Type A at all? Doesn’t it defeat the purpose?” And they have a point. Please make sure to enjoy a considerate date that follows the designated dating type.
