Assuming that the arrangement involves only one intimate encounter even when staying overnight, I’d say option B.
At the level where she can receive 10, there are probably plenty of other wonderful men as well. I imagine they have plenty to talk about, too.
It’s not the kind of allowance one man can reasonably cover on his own, so perhaps it would be best for all the men to work together to support her?

I’m not a woman, so I may be missing the mark, but I feel like the once-every-three-months arrangement is the main drawback with B. Somehow, I think meeting every month would be better.
Also, I imagine many women aren’t comfortable with overnight stays.
So in that case, I’d probably choose A.
(That said, I think you’d both have a more enjoyable time if you had a meal together each time, so I’d recommend including dinner.)
