When I go in for a reshoot, do the staff check beforehand how many offers the woman has received so far, along with feedback from male clients, her profile, previous staff comments, and other details before interviewing her again?

Maezawa here. I think it depends on the staff member. In my case, I usually take a quick look at the situation, but some staff members may investigate things in detail, while others may barely look into them at all. That said, any staff member will be happy to discuss things if you have questions. If it’s about an offer, they’ll say, “Let me take a quick look,” and check your previous offers, so you should feel comfortable asking for advice. That being said, when things are busy, they may not always have time right away. That’s our issue, so you can simply say, “I’d like to discuss something as well,” and they should be able to help.
