A platinum woman I was seeing on a pay-per-meeting arrangement asked for a monthly 200,000-yen allowance and weekly dates. From a woman’s perspective, having a stable monthly income makes it easier to focus on whatever she wants to pursue.

You were hoping for an answer from a male member, but I’ll answer instead.
I think that woman probably wanted 200,000 yen a month regardless of how many times you met. At the same time, she may not have felt she could ask for 200,000 yen per meeting, so she likely thought the numbers would work out if you met four or five times a month.
So she probably sounded you out, realized it wasn’t going to work, and decided to move on and look for someone whose expectations matched hers.
That said, while it makes sense to look into the number of meetings mentioned in your question, I feel this was less a mismatch in frequency and more a mismatch in the allowance.
If the man’s and woman’s expectations don’t align, either person can simply look for someone whose preferences match their own. I don’t think anyone was necessarily at fault.
