I’m a woman—can I still sign up if I’m plus-size?

Maezawa here. You used to be able to register even if you were on the heavier side. These days, though, there are more women applying, so the standards have become slightly stricter. Because of that, I think it may depend on whether you have any particular strengths to highlight. For example, you’re really fun to talk to (simply saying so yourself doesn’t count—the staff need to feel that way too), you have a large bust (if you’re an F cup or larger, I think you could probably register even if you’re quite heavy, though your personality and other factors will also be considered), or you have a profession that’s especially popular, etc. There are some things we can’t know until we actually meet you, so I think it would be best to come in for an interview. Even if you don’t pass, it would simply mean the Universe staff failed to recognize your appeal.
