Can female civil servants sign up?

Maezawa here. You can register regardless of your occupation, and even unemployed people can register. So don’t worry—you can register even if you’re a government employee. You may be concerned about the restrictions on side jobs under Articles 103 and 104 of the National Public Service Act, or Article 38 of the Local Public Service Act. However, the club doesn’t pay you a salary just for registering, so this isn’t considered a side job. Therefore, I don’t believe it violates those restrictions.
