You can meet someone in regional areas as long as there’s a branch office nearby.
If you’re a little farther from a branch, dates will usually take place in the city where the branch is located, so it really comes down to whether you can make it there.
If you live so far away that getting to a branch city would be very difficult, it may be a bit challenging.
