To add a little more, the staff’s star rating has very little impact. If anything, the content of the comments is taken more seriously.
For example, if someone writes, “The staff were pushy and unpleasant,” people will wonder, “What kind of response did they give?”—even if the rating was five stars.
Conversely, even if the rating is only one star, if the comment says, “They handled everything well,” people may think, “Maybe the star rating was entered by mistake?”
That’s the general idea, so the star rating itself isn’t particularly important at the moment.
However, ratings are very significant when it comes to men. Regardless of what the comments say, men may be warned or even removed from the service based on their numerical rating, so please be careful not to get that wrong.
