I don’t think it was an official rule, but I believe it said, “This is a re-registration.”
If you ask them not to include that when you re-register, some staff members may leave it out.
However, even if they don’t write it, you’ll still be re-registered under your previous membership number, so the men will probably realize it right away.
The reason given is to prevent men from accidentally making another offer to the same woman.
Still, I can’t help wondering whether it’s really appropriate to complain to the club after mistakenly making a second offer yourself, saying things like, “Why didn’t you tell me?” or “Did you keep quiet because you wanted the offer fee?”
On the other hand, if you look at it from the men’s perspective, perhaps it is actually a considerate policy.
If you feel that women are at a disadvantage, a new type of dating club system called PATOLO is going to launch soon. If you register there, I think everyone will be treated as a new member.
I thought this might still be confidential, but it was casually mentioned in SPA magazine the other day—only a few lines—so I get the feeling it may be okay to talk about it publicly now.
That said, I don’t think there has been an official announcement yet, so please refrain from making inquiries.
The club staff will probably pass the information along internally, but I believe your profile will revert to the initial setting—three stars.

It shows their original membership date, and I think their previous rating will probably carry over unchanged.
So people with four stars will stay at four stars, and so on.
