We recently established guidelines for the star ratings, so ratings are increased or decreased based on criteria like those below. As a result, a rating that has gone down may be restored.
These ratings reflect the woman’s personality as assessed by the interviewer. They evaluate interpersonal qualities such as thoughtfulness and sincerity, without taking looks into account, and are represented by the number of stars.

【★ Rating Guidelines】
These are our internal guidelines for changing star ratings. There may be cases where the actual assessment differs, and the club does not completely guarantee a woman’s personality.
■ Cases in which the rating is lowered
1. Cancellations related to visiting a branch
If a woman has canceled without notice or rescheduled three or more times in total before coming to her recruitment interview, she will start with a rating of ★★.
For cancellations or rescheduling related to retaking photos, the rating will be lowered by one star starting from the second occurrence.
2. Cancellations after a date has been confirmed
A cancellation on the day before a date will result in a one-star deduction per occurrence.
In cases of particularly bad-faith cancellations, one star will be deducted regardless of how many days remain until the date.
※ “Bad-faith cancellations” refers to habitual cancellations or making personal plans instead of work-related commitments.
※ A same-day cancellation of a first date will result in immediate removal from the club.
3. When negative feedback is received
After confirming the details with both parties, one star will be deducted if it is clear that the woman was at fault, even if the feedback came from only one person.
If three or more consecutive members give low ratings regarding her personality, manners, or similar matters, one star will be deducted regardless of whether confirmation with the woman is possible.
4. When responses to staff messages are slow
If she does not respond for more than one day despite being reminded, and this happens two or more times, one star will be deducted.
※ Cases in which the rating will not be lowered
・Cancellations or schedule changes made at least two days before the date will not result in a deduction.
・No deduction will be made if the possibility of cancellation has been noted in the club’s comments in advance.
・No deduction will be made if permission has not been given to confirm negative feedback with the woman.
・No deduction will be made if she has informed us in advance that her response may be delayed due to personal circumstances.
■ Cases in which the rating is raised
1. When responses to staff messages are prompt
If most replies arrive within two hours and are written politely, one star will be added.
2. When positive feedback continues
If three or more consecutive members give highly positive feedback regarding her manners, responsiveness, and similar qualities, one star will be added.
(However, this applies only if there has been no negative feedback warranting a one-star deduction.)
3. When dates continue without any particular issues
If she has had five or more dates without being late, canceling, or requesting a schedule change, one star will be added.
