Thank you for your response regarding the low survey response rate (or low approval rate for publication) at the Tokyo branch.

Don’t the Tokyo branch staff find it unusual that “the Tokyo branch, which should account for around 40% of all nationwide arrangements, receives only two or three surveys per month that are approved for publication”? (If possible, I would appreciate a response from the Tokyo branch staff.)
