Are you referring to the women featured on the official page—the section where their photos are shown without their faces?
Not everyone is featured there, and there aren’t any particular criteria for who gets掲載 or not.
Some women are featured and others aren’t, seemingly at random.
Also, if you ask during the interview not to be featured there, they won’t post you.
(You’ll still be properly listed on the members-only page.)
