You’re probably usually in touch by email, right?
If you contact that email address and let them know that you’d like to renew, and that you can’t click the instructions because you’re using a basic flip phone, they should be able to process the renewal.
If you have a PC, you may also be able to open the email—or the link included in it—on your computer and click it there.
