A new “list of men who have favorited me” has been added to the female members’ page, but why are some men’s names and profiles visible while their rank isn’t shown? Also, if I click “You seem wonderful” for someone whose profile isn’t public, how will the man be notified?

It’s referred to as a class rather than a rank, and you can choose whether or not to make it public.

It seems that even if a man with a private profile adds a woman to his favorites, she can’t see it. So I don’t think she can send him a like.
