I’ve heard that women aren’t told their class because the club would be overwhelmed if they started asking things like, “Could you lower my class?” “Could you raise my class?” or “Why am I in this class?”—and it would make it harder to arrange dates.
So women who don’t know their class shouldn’t be making those kinds of inquiries in the first place.
I think the best place to start would be to submit proof to the club—such as a recording showing that you heard this from that man—and have him forcibly removed from the club.

Since he was the one who told you your class, I can understand why you feel that way. Honestly, I’d even want him to pay you compensation.
That said, you probably don’t have any evidence, and even if you did, I imagine it would probably only result in a warning.
(If he has been warned before, he might possibly be forcibly removed.)
And even if he were removed, it wouldn’t actually make you any happier.

Until a little while ago, I think the attitude was more like, “Women are happier when they receive lots of offers,” so if the club was unsure whether to classify someone as Black or Platinum, they tended to choose Platinum.
But I believe they’ve stopped doing that now.
Still, I think it might be worth consulting the club staff, even if you don’t expect much.
If you’re Black, you could try arranging a direct conversation by saying something like, “I have something I’d like to discuss. Would it be possible for me to come in? I’d also appreciate it if I could have new photos taken.”
Then, even if you don’t really want another photo shoot, go ahead with it.
You could ask, “I have something I’d like to discuss. I’d like to receive more offers—would it be possible to lower my class to Platinum?”
That said, I feel the chances of them actually lowering it are probably less than 1%.
(With LINE, other staff members can see the messages too, so you’ll almost certainly be turned down. You may need to ask in person.)
The difference in members may be quite significant, but if Platinum members can also view Black-level women, you may still receive offers from men who are determined to meet you.
Also, I think there’s something special about meeting someone who upgraded their membership level specifically to see you.
I’m not sure how long you’ve been registered, but changing your class doesn’t seem easy, so why not wait a little longer? You could also consider trying another dating club.
