For example, if we meet four times, three would be dates without an adult relationship (intimacy), and one would include one.
With a flat allowance of 40,000 yen per pay-per-meeting, the total would be 160,000 yen.

You should stop making one-sided decisions based solely on what you think is right. What’s the point of considering the situation without taking the other person into account when they’re involved?
It’s fine if you discuss it with them and they agree, but if they don’t, then it’s not okay.

Ask the other person directly.
When it comes to the allowance, what your dates involve, and so on, outsiders can’t know the dynamic between the two people involved. I don’t think it’s anyone else’s place to comment.
