I actually had liposuction on my lower body when I was a student, lol.
I was already somewhat prone to disordered eating, but no matter how much I dieted, I could never lose the fat on my thighs and calves. So I had them slimmed down.
As a result, I got slim legs without having to resort to extreme food restrictions, and I’m now much happier because I’m free from the stress of dieting.
Spot reduction is basically impossible, so if you want to slim down just your legs, liposuction is pretty much the only option. That said, it’s expensive, there’s downtime, and if you’re the type to fixate on small details, you might become anxious over the final result. So I can’t recommend it to everyone—but I’m glad I did it.

Men notice leg thickness less than you might think.
Think carefully about how slim you actually want your legs to be, and whether that level of slimness would be well-balanced for your body.
I know it’s not the best comparison, but thoroughbred racehorses are constantly suffering injuries such as fractures because of how slender their legs are.

You may not be getting enough nutrients from your diet overall. To burn body fat, you need to consume an adequate amount of nutrients—you won’t get slimmer by dieting alone. Be sure to exercise as well.
