Please bring your own towel. It doesn’t have to be a bath towel—even a hand towel will do the job. You could tell your papa, “It’d be a hassle if your laundry piled up, wouldn’t it?”

You’re supposed to bring your own towel, right?
Even if you bring a new one, it’s no different if you don’t wash it first.

Why don’t you bring your own towel?
Still, if she told me, “I’ll thoroughly cleanse my body afterward,” I wouldn’t want to date someone like that.

All I can think of is bringing a new bath towel and saying something like, “This is so soft and fluffy—it feels great!” or “Let’s use this one!”

It sounds difficult since your papa (a male supporter) doesn’t seem to have noticed.
Maybe try saying something like, “Hmm, this towel smells kind of funny. Is it just me?” and have him smell it too.
If he agrees, you could ask him to have freshly washed, Soflan-scented towels ready from then on. Or you could ask him to use a new towel every time.
If he says, “I don’t really smell anything,” there’s not much you can do, so I guess you could bring your own bath towel. It might be a hassle with the extra luggage, though…

How about bringing a new one and saying, “I feel bad always using yours, so I brought you a new one”? Just think of it as a necessary expense.
If they don’t wash it and it starts to smell right away, you could indirectly point out their laziness by saying, “This towel has never started smelling so quickly before. I wonder if something was wrong?”
