But I really don’t like my profile photo and want to have it retaken. Is it too soon…? If you’re getting offers, it seems your appeal is coming across to the papas. Even if you retake your photos, they’ll still be taken by an amateur staff member at the club, so I don’t think they’ll change that much. The papas trust them because the photos are taken by amateur club staff. That way, they won’t meet you and think, “She looked better in the photos” or “I was deceived.” Relationships are more likely to continue when they think you’re cute in person. Women can upload selfies under the profile section called “Private Photos,” so I think you should add some there. However, people who over-edit their photos or upload way too many tend to be off-putting. It’s safest to upload two or three natural photos that show you at your absolute best. Some women look completely different from their profile photos—you think, “Whoa, those eyes are huge, that chin is so narrow… she’s really had work done.” That’s also a bit of a turnoff.

Reshoots are generally done after six months. That said, if you’ve received two offers in just three days, your current photos are clearly getting your appeal across, so I think it’s fine to leave them as they are. If you really want to change them, you could send in photos you took yourself and ask the club to replace them. However, edited photos won’t be accepted, so it’s better to send unedited ones. Even then, if they’re not as good as the photos taken by the club, you might stop receiving offers.
