I don’t really understand what this question is asking.
What exactly does it mean to be “aware” of something? And what state would someone be in if they weren’t aware of it?
Unless you explain that part clearly, it’s impossible to tell what you’re actually asking.
For example, I assume a 50-year-old person recognizes that they’re 50. Would that count as being “aware”?
The question seems unclear to me.

I understand that, by the time you’re 30, you’re a grandpa or grandma.

I’m in my 60s, so I’m well aware that I’m an old man, haha.
Once you have grandchildren, you’re officially a grandpa anyway.
That said, I still feel like I’m 20—and I’m younger than the person I’m dating, haha.
