It kind of sounds like a short-term job.
If you only want to be registered for a short time and keep the arrangement itself short-term, you’ll probably find more men like that in Type C.
With Type B, the usual pattern is to have dinner once first, then move into an adult relationship (intimate) from the second meeting onward, so it naturally takes longer to get to that stage.
But if you only plan to register short-term while looking for a man you can stay close with over the long term, I think Type B would be a better fit.

By “short-term,” do you mean having a short registration period (only registered for one or two months), or a short dating period (only meeting once or twice)?
If you mean a short dating period, it’s hard to imagine anything other than C...
