Can your star rating go down because you were late?
Also, if your rating is five stars and drops to four, how many more ratings would you need to receive to get back to five stars?

The baseline star rating is 3.
Even if your rating had risen to 5 and then dropped to 4, it’s still higher than 3, so I don’t think you need to worry about it too much.
Men tend to care about bad reviews, but they don’t pay much attention to good ones.
What you really need to watch out for is getting a rating of 2 or 1.
With a rating of 2, men are more likely to hesitate, and with a rating of 1, more men may stop making offers.
As for being late, the chances of a man getting angry increase if you’re more than 30 minutes late.
(Some men may even leave.)
That said, some men get angry if you’re just five minutes late, so I think it’s best to be careful and never be late.

Being late alone won’t lower your rating. Your rating is based on the answers in the survey, so, in extreme cases, even if you don’t think you did anything wrong, your rating could still drop if the man says that he didn’t enjoy himself.

Basically, it depends on the man you were seeing, since it’s ultimately subjective.
If you’re late for an unavoidable reason and apologize sincerely, it may not affect your rating at all.
Even if your rating drops to four stars, I think it can quickly go back up to five if you receive a positive review after your next date.

For women, I think you can basically ignore the star ratings except for one-star reviews.
A woman with mostly three-star ratings is usually a safe choice.
Four- or five-star ratings can also mean she’s been active for quite a while, so they come with both advantages and disadvantages.
