I thought you were asking why women don’t stick around, but you’re a man in your 50s?
So, is it fair to say you’re asking why you can’t maintain an arrangement?
I asked some women in ongoing arrangements what made them think, “Absolutely not!” about men in their 50s. Their answers were:
1. Looking like an old man (I don’t want to be seen walking with him)
2. Talking like an old man (boring)
3. Acting like an old man (awkward and clumsy)

Since you’re a man in your 50s, I assume you mean that the women you make offers to don’t continue seeing you and eventually cut things off.
If you were able to have an adult relationship (intimate) once, the most likely reasons are:
1. She wasn’t satisfied with the sex.
2. There was an issue with your smell, such as bad breath.
3. The allowance was too low—she found another man with better terms.

Based on my experience, here are some examples of women in their late 20s to late 30s that didn’t work out long-term:
(1) An odd sense of being too accustomed to it—like they were just going through the motions. They seemed to enjoy it, but things never deepened.
(2) Very distinctive habits. It’s nice when she responds verbally, but hers was practically live commentary.
(3) Too many demands. Her posture and reactions guided me so much that I felt completely out of control of the pace.
(4) So little firmness to her body that I questioned her age.
(5) Her ecstasy face looked like Sylvester Stallone.
I hope this helps.

People ask things like, “How can I tell whether someone is the type to stick with a job or quit right away?” But even someone who has repeatedly quit jobs may stay for years when they find the right job or company—it all depends on the match. Yet people still make one-sided demands about what the other person should be like. Don’t you think the whole premise of that question is nonsense?
I think, “Are there any tips for making someone want to continue seeing you?” is a much more sensible way to think about it. What do you think? lol
Basically, just don’t do anything to someone else that you wouldn’t want done to you! It sounds obvious, of course, haha. But apparently, a lot of people complain even though they can’t manage to do something that basic themselves lol.

Regardless of age, I can’t keep seeing women who lack personality, aren’t interesting, or aren’t particularly good in bed.
Perhaps you’re asking about the characteristics of women whom men want to continue seeing but who refuse to continue the relationship? I wouldn’t know, since I’ve never met a woman like that. If anything, I think those men are simply pushy or have other issues, and the women dislike them.
