And those women often turn out to be nothing more than backup hostesses at a club, which makes me think, “Stop playing house already.” (I don’t say it, though.) **Women who are way too proper.** No matter how much you talk, the conversation never moves toward romance or anything intimate, and every meeting ends up feeling like a civil-service job interview. I know it’s hard to make excuses when the problem may be that I’m not breaking through as a man, but still—the difficulty level is Mount Everest.
