So, regarding the difference between the Black and Platinum classes for men:
First, in terms of the club’s services, Black-class members can use the concierge service—face-to-face consultations with staff—up to twice a month free of charge. Whether you find that worthwhile probably depends on the person. Personally, I thought it was an excellent service during my first six months as a member and used it regularly.
Both Platinum and Black members can also consult with the club by phone or chat. For example, you can ask about the nuance of something written in a woman’s profile, or about points that matter to you but aren’t mentioned in the profile. However, the teams handling phone consultations are different. For Black members, calls are handled by the department that conducts the women’s interviews; for Platinum members, they’re handled by the department that arranges the dates. With Black, the staff member who interviewed the woman—or someone sitting next to that interviewer—may be handling your call, so the level of detail in the information can be different.
I’m not sure “the level of the women” is the right way to put it, but naturally, the women you can be introduced to are different as well. Black-class male members can be introduced to both Black-class women and Secret women. The difference between Platinum and Black women is fairly subtle. That said, I feel that many Black-class women are the kind who make you think, “I’m really lucky to be dating someone like her.”
Secret women are women who don’t want their faces shown, even though that means they’ll receive far fewer offers. Not wanting to show their face doesn’t necessarily mean they’re amazing, but I find it interesting that some of them are more relaxed and less aggressively seeking arrangements.
Whether this amounts to a major difference really depends on the individual. You could always start with Platinum, since Platinum members can view the profiles of Black-class women as well, and then decide from there.
As for the women in Sapporo, that depends on your preferences. I don’t think there’s that much of a regional difference, so I don’t have any particular comments. If Tokyo and Osaka are within your usual travel range, I don’t think you need to worry specifically about women in Sapporo. If you don’t find anyone you like in Sapporo, you can simply look in Tokyo or Osaka instead.
Starting with Platinum should be perfectly fine.
When it comes to appearance alone, the Tokyo area is probably one or two classes above the rest. Since there are simply more people there—both men and women—things tend to vary more widely in either direction.
In any case, the difference in satisfaction will ultimately depend on the impression you make on the woman.

There isn’t a huge difference between the Platinum and Black classes. GOLD also has plenty of cute women.
If you’re unsure, joining at the Platinum level might be the better option. You’ll still be able to browse the women in the Black class, so if you find someone you like there, you can always upgrade later.
In Sapporo, the overall level of the women is incredibly high.
Have you ever walked along Odori Park in the evening? There are so many beautiful women walking around who would easily fit in even in Tokyo.
I’ve walked around most of Japan’s major cities, and Sapporo’s Odori Park has the highest rate of running into beautiful women. It’s every bit as good as Tokyo, let alone Nagoya.
If I could, I’d honestly move to Sapporo.
