I’m a male member. Based on my experience, I seem to get more “You’re wonderful” messages on weekdays than on days off. Does that mean a lot of women don’t want to think about papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) on their days off?

Rather than just on their days off, I think most papa-katsu girls would prefer not to think about papa-katsu even for a moment if they could help it. For them, the ideal papa is like a mysterious benefactor who sends them money indefinitely without ever having met—or even needing to meet—them. That’s what I’m aiming to become, too. For now, I’m doing something similar as a sponsor of children in developing countries, but someday I’d like to become a mysterious benefactor through papa-katsu as well. —A losing man
