If your photos have always been blurred, I feel it might seem a little late to change that now.
That said, as Marika also mentioned, if you switch to unblurred photos when you have them retaken, they’ll be new pictures, so it shouldn’t feel awkward or out of place.
Also, people who use blurred photos often don’t have videos taken, so having a video makes a big difference compared with having only photos.
For that reason, I think it would be best to do it when you have your photos retaken.
Alternatively, if you ask, “I’d like to switch to unblurred photos, so would it be possible to have them retaken?” I think they’ll probably agree.
(Though it may depend on how busy the branch is.)

No one remembers that there was ever a blur, so people will simply see you as someone new. Anytime is fine.
When I look through women’s profile photos, I tend to skip past the first one in about 0.1–0.2 seconds and keep moving through them.

Removing the blur all of a sudden might feel a bit abrupt, so I think it would be best to do it when you have new photos taken.
That said, if you only joined and had your photos taken about a week ago, changing it now should be fine too.
