I have more than ten partners, so I’m often “too busy” to meet them all, and, as Kazu mentioned, I frequently rotate them.
But no matter how busy I am, there’s no way I’d ever end up with zero partners.
- Ending things because I’m busy with sex
- Ending things because I’m busy with work

I think it’s understandable that someone might reduce the number of partners they see because they’re busy. But as you said, in most cases, it’s probably because they’ve found a woman they like better and are no longer meeting certain partners as often. Since time is still the reason, you could say they’re busy without it being entirely untrue.
If a woman asked me, I’d tell her what I could without causing any problems. I’m used to answering questions about my other partners. There’s no point in talking about their looks, so I mainly talk about what we enjoy discussing together and what I like about having sex with that particular woman.
