I don’t think the return from papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) would be all that different whether you factor in the cost of breast augmentation or simply do papa-katsu as you are. So you’re probably better off working with what you’ve got.

I find breasts that have sagged after childbirth sexy—pardon my bluntness! It may just be a man’s selfish perspective, but I even see them as a badge of honor. So it’s a shame when breast augmentation takes that charm away.

So, the fact that “my breasts have sagged a little and become smaller” probably won’t be noticeable from your profile photos.
In other words, if it’s only a slight difference, they won’t be able to tell from the photos, and it shouldn’t affect whether you receive an offer.
As long as it doesn’t affect the offer, you should be able to make it to the date. After that, it comes down to how much they like you when you meet.
At the end of the day, you’re dealing with another person. If they like you, I don’t think they’ll care about a little sagging.
Most men are probably looking at more fundamental qualities, so I think you’d be better off focusing on those other aspects.
