I’m Aya, a female member. When it comes to clothing, there’s a trend toward seeing a well-tailored T-shirt made one by one by artisans using Japanese textiles as more tasteful than a T-shirt with a huge logo from a famous brand. I feel the same applies to accessories: understated pieces that aren’t overly flashy or covered in embellishments are best. I can’t say it’s always about a particular brand, but things that were popular a long time ago may be seen as lacking in taste now. For example, Fran○ck Muller watches or T○ffany’s Ope○ Heart pieces… I’m not criticizing any specific brands, but trends do seem to come and go, so it might be interesting to look into that online.

I’m Nana Ayase☆ Since I used to work in healthcare, I never wore any accessories. When I occasionally put some on, they feel so strange that I end up tearing them off. Even a necklace from a ¥300 shop can look real sometimes. You’re not going to lean in that close and inspect it, right?

I’m Dai, a male member. When someone with good taste wears something, even an inexpensive item can look stylish. But when someone lacking taste wears it, even an expensive item can look tacky.

I’m Kazu, a male member. I think it varies from person to person. If something reflects the individual’s sense of style, I’d say it shows good taste. The moment you have to ask others which brands are “good,” you’ve already got zero sense of style.
