If it was a re-registration rather than a reshoot, I don’t think the previous video would be posted.
Since other respondents said that it would be posted, I checked with the branch. They confirmed that if it’s a re-registration, the previous video isn’t uploaded.

When you re-register, I believe the video will be removed if you ask them not to post it anymore. If you don’t say anything, it will probably remain posted.
If you have a new video filmed, the new video will be uploaded instead.
Some people have both their old video and their newly filmed video posted.

Kazu, thank you for checking. I was mistaken—sorry about that. Apparently, your previous video does not carry over when you re-register.
In the cases of:
・Confirming continued membership
・Returning from a leave of absence
it seems the video remains posted as described above.
Those are different from “re-registering,” after all.
