I’m Kousaka from the staff, and I’d like to share my thoughts as well!
First of all, changing the star rating is difficult because it’s calculated on a points-based system. (For example, if Person A gives −2 and Person B gives +2, the rating automatically becomes 0.)
Honestly, rather than thinking, “She has five stars, so she must go on amazing dates,” I think it’s better to go in with the mindset, “She has five stars, so I’m going to have a great time dating her!”—just as one of our male members mentioned. That way, it becomes a win-win relationship for both sides!
More than anything, it also allows our staff to confidently introduce her to male members, saying, “You’ll definitely be fine with her!”
Let’s stay positive instead of looking at things negatively! (*^^*)

If I receive four “+2: Very good” ratings from dates since July, I’ll receive a five-star rating. So it will be obvious that I’ve made at least four offers.
I don’t think it’s possible to ask them to adjust the star rating.
