Honestly, women are usually happy to receive gifts.
Whether it’s through a club or not, I don’t think there are women who *expect* gifts. Especially with a club arrangement, since they can buy what they want with their allowance.
Once you become close, either of you may start thinking about gifts or feel comfortable saying you’d like something. At that point, you’ll naturally start giving and receiving gifts both inside and outside the club—and talking about those things too.
If you want to enjoy the relationship like a normal romance, I think it’s more natural and healthy to give gifts on birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions, and to be able to talk about those things.
Just saying, “I give you an allowance, so that should be enough,” feels boring to me.
