Before COVID, about 60% of the people who met someone a second time had met them once before.
I usually decide after the second or third meeting whether to make someone a monthly arrangement—or not. Alternatively, it feels like the woman decides whether to recognize me as a regular.
Roughly 10% of people meet three times. Anyone who goes beyond that becomes a monthly arrangement.

Lately, I’ve been focusing more on building long-term arrangements, so my success rate has improved. This year, it’s around 25%...
In the past, things often ended after just one or two meetings. Only about 5–10% continued for three meetings or more.

Maybe around 50%.
I can’t keep things going with someone who doesn’t talk much.
I actually counted—it was 79%. I was way off. I’m in the minority that prefers long-term arrangements.
