It seems you’re mistaken in thinking that simply being young or having experience at a hostess club will make men send you offers.

I’m not very knowledgeable about fashion myself, but after searching around, I think an outfit like this should be fine. It doesn’t look particularly flashy or intimidating at all.
That said, if this is the kind of outfit cabaret hostesses wear, some men might be put off by it.
But men who don’t go to cabaret clubs probably wouldn’t know that in the first place, so I think it should be fine.
I feel like it mainly comes down to whether it suits the wearer’s age and personality.

I wouldn’t necessarily think she looks strong-willed, but I would think she’s the kind of woman who’d be expensive to date.
If someone isn’t into that style, their opinion probably won’t change much whether they’re young or older.
