Are male members rated only on dates from July 2021 onward?

Even after reading the club’s official information, the details are still unclear to me. I’m Dai, a male member. As you can see from the women’s ratings, most of them are three stars. Naturally, the men’s ratings probably aren’t much different. So if you have three stars, I don’t think there’s much risk of having your offers turned down. I think your concern may be unfounded. That said, if you have two stars or fewer, your offers might be rejected…
