However, another review containing a member’s name has been posted, so I would appreciate it if you could check.
It feels like the same member may be repeatedly doing this maliciously, so I would also ask that you strengthen the screening process.

Actually, I recently came across a date review that included the woman’s club name. I searched for it and found her profile.
The review was negative, and as a result, her rating had dropped to two stars. I contacted the club, and they said they would correct it.
You should also report the questionnaire you noticed directly to the club.
In this question, they appear to be politely saying, “Please check this,” but it sounds like they’re essentially asking the club to go through every questionnaire.
It just seems like they’re making an unreasonable demand of the club staff.

First of all, as you yourself wrote, this post isn’t a question. Requests should be directed to the branch office, not posted in the Q&A section.
Also, “people you’d like to receive answers from” means exactly that—it doesn’t mean “people who are allowed to answer” or “people who can answer.” In other words, I don’t believe it’s against the rules for someone other than the people selected by the poster to respond.
I hope this dating club will be a place where everyone understands and follows the rules properly, so we can all enjoy being part of it.
