It makes me even more curious to “confirm” what kind of girl she is, so I’d make her an offer.
You could research a few restaurants, but there’s no need to make a reservation. Once you meet, you can simply say, “I didn’t reserve a place because someone canceled on me at the last minute recently.”

I think so.
That said, even if you haven’t made a reservation, you should at least have a reasonably nice place in mind to take her. Asking, “Where should we go?” after you meet generally isn’t well received by women. I think that’s something better saved for after you’ve gotten closer.
Still, making an offer to a woman with zero stars—that really captures the appeal of a dating club.

I’m an old guy, so I thought, “Yeah, I guess that makes sense… What a shame!”
I think it’s perfectly fine to try making another offer. Assuming she might change her mind again, I’d probably make the offer without booking in advance this time（笑）

When you’re attracted to someone, you can even come to like their flaws. You may find their eccentricity appealing, or feel that their attention is focused only on you.
But eventually, you start to realize, “Ah, so that’s what this is about.”
It may be worth making an offer if you’re prepared for all that comes with it, but if she cancels at the last minute even for the first meeting, it’s probably best to pass.
