As Mac mentioned, you can become an answerer, respond to the question, and then add something like: “If you’d like, feel free to make me a reverse offer,” or “Contact me and I’ll make you a reverse offer.” That may lead the questioner to contact you and turn into a reverse offer. However, if you say you’ll make a reverse offer and then don’t after they contact you, that would be rude. So you need to state your terms in advance—for example, that married people aren’t an option. Otherwise, you may end up having to make a reverse offer to someone you don’t actually want to offer one to. There was once an answerer who was troubled by a reverse offer from a woman who wasn’t his type. It does seem that saying you’ll make reverse offers is something only someone with considerable emotional leeway—and who’s prepared for the consequences—can really do.
