I think two or three papas who want you to see only them is probably the limit.
If there are more and more unusual situations—like not being able to reach them on certain days, or days when you can’t meet even though they say late at night is fine—it becomes difficult to keep things going.
It depends on how many days a month you’re available to go on dates, but once you have more than ten, I think things become impossible to keep track of. Just coordinating your schedule is exhausting.
And if all of them involve an adult relationship, even without contracting an STI, having too much sex can disrupt your vaginal environment, causing increased discharge or pain. (Once, I thought it might be something serious and got it checked, only to find out it was simply bacteria.)
If your main job is already busy and papa-katsu leaves you with no time for yourself or your friends, it can become really stressful. So unless you’re completely money-driven, I recommend not spreading yourself too thin.
You can also take some time to think about whether to accept new offers, take a short break, and start again once you’ve sorted out the number of men you’re seeing. I’m sure some people will still send you offers even after that.
Take it easy and don’t push yourself to the point of getting mentally drained.
When turning someone down, it’s kinder to them as well if you don’t drag it out unnecessarily.

This sounds like some kind of difficult math problem.
First, take a break from the club. (The club may already have hidden your profile from male members because you’re receiving so many offers, though…)
Next, make sure you properly go on dates with the remaining men. (If you handle them carelessly, they may leave negative feedback, and you might stop receiving new offers even if your number of papas decreases.)
You’re down to around 10 men now, but that number will definitely go down over time.
When a man says, “I’ll support you completely,” make sure to ask exactly how much he’s willing to provide. Many men mistakenly think they can fully support someone with around ¥100,000 a month.
After a while, you may even come across a papa who says, “Since I’m basically supporting you, you don’t need an allowance from me, right?”
Some papas may lose interest after meeting once or twice and becoming intimate.
Once those types gradually drop off and you narrow it down to four or five, you’ll have a satisfying papa-katsu life. Good luck!

That’s a nice problem to have, haha. Papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) can be tiring if you do too much of it, so I think it’s best to leave a little more time between seeing each person.
Let’s make it an enjoyable arrangement that benefits you both.

In most cases, the number of papas gradually decreases, so for now, I think it’s best to continue seeing them as you have been.
As for the man who asked you to leave the club, that violates the rules, so please contact the club.
You can report it here:

Regarding the man who says he wants to support you exclusively, it would be difficult at this stage because the risk is too high. If you explain that to him, the relationship will likely end naturally, so I think it’s best to simply tell him that.
As for the other men, there’s no need to mention them to each other. You can just continue seeing them as usual.
It’s wonderful that they’re all such great men.
If you continue seeing them, you’ll gradually develop something like a priority order. Even if that doesn’t happen, some men will naturally stop meeting with you as time goes on, so I think it’s best to simply continue as you are.

If you’re able to meet that many people one after another, then that’s probably just your type.
I think men like that are a good match for someone who can meet that many people, so it should be fine to keep seeing them as you have been.
When you meet that many people, you don’t remember who you told what to, you can’t just meet whenever you want, and you have to coordinate schedules. The other person is probably the same—or they may notice but choose not to say anything.
In the end, people who are alike will naturally continue seeing each other.
You may be the type who, after meeting 20, 30, or 40 people, starts to feel that one person is better—or even the best—compared with the others.
