It is possible to hide both the man in question and the man who introduced him.
However, we can only identify the introducer if the man referred him to the club. If he joined independently after actually being introduced by a friend, without going through the club, the club has no way of knowing that much.
In that case, it would be difficult to hide the man who introduced him.
That said, when someone refers a man to the club, both parties usually receive points equivalent to one date, so in most cases, we assume he was referred through the club.
