The client’s requests are clearly laid out, so if this were a business deal, it would be an exceptionally straightforward and promising opportunity.
I think it only looks like a bad deal because you don’t have the ability to meet those requests.
Put simply, you could just ignore it. Aren’t you simply using your lack of ability to meet the needs of people like that as a convenient excuse to dismiss and criticize them?
