It’s hard to judge based on height and weight alone, but at least I don’t think your weight is enough to get you rejected outright.
That said, it also depends on the type of arrangement you’re looking for. If you’re only considering dinner dates, I think you may have a hard time passing.
But if you’re also completely comfortable with an adult relationship (intimate), then as long as the staff member gets the impression that you’d be comfortable going on a date with a man, I think you’ll pass.
It may help to think of the staff member as a potential date partner during the interview.
Also, even if you live in Kanagawa, you can interview in Tokyo. You can simply say that you have something to do in Tokyo that day, and they should be able to arrange it there.
There are no longer designated registration branches. Your residential area—such as Yokohama or one of Tokyo’s 23 wards—is displayed instead, so the location of your interview makes no difference.
However, standards vary from one staff member to another.
If people often tell you that you have a youthful, cute face, you may have a better chance of passing if you meet with a male staff member. That said, I don’t think there are currently any male interview staff members in Yokohama.

When it comes to body type and looks, I like women who are slightly short, youthful-looking, and a little curvy.
Everyone has different tastes.

If you’re concerned about it, why not try dieting and get your weight down to at least the 40-kilogram range before going to the interview?
If you get rejected as you are now, you’ll just conclude, “It must have been because of my body type.” But if you still get rejected after losing weight, you’ll know that your body type wasn’t the only reason. That should make it clearer whether you’re really suited to papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan).

I’m not quite sure what you mean by the Yokohama branch when you haven’t registered yet, but there are women under 160 cm tall who weigh in the 60-kilogram range who are registered.
I’ve also personally made an offer to a woman with a height and weight similar to yours. She had received offers from other men as well.
So it doesn’t seem likely that you’d be rejected at the interview because of your body type.

It depends on your build, but at 157 cm and 54 kg… wouldn’t that be considered overweight?
If you think there might be someone out there who’s into bigger women, try going to the interview.
Though you may not get any offers…
You said it’s the Yokohama branch—have you already had your interview?
As for people saying you have a cute, baby-faced look, maybe that’s just because they can’t find anything else to compliment you on… Don’t take it at face value.
For now, just go to the interview. Then you can lose weight afterward, and if you slim down and look better, you can have your promotional photos retaken.
But be prepared: plenty of women don’t get offers even when they’re slim and young…

There are all kinds of men, so I’m sure some will prefer that body type.
I think the deciding factor is whether she seems like someone who would attract offers, based on her appearance, personality, and so on.
