Come on, you can tell, right? At Universe, offers are based almost entirely on looks.
Besides, if I had the ability to spot cosmetic surgery, I’m devious enough to compliment them on purpose and score some extra points.

Maybe it’s because you’re only noticing women who’ve had obvious cosmetic work. Besides, many cosmetic procedures aren’t immediately noticeable, so can you really tell the difference?
As an aside, I’ve had BNLS injections, Dermapen treatments, photofacials, Milano Repeel, and glutathione injections myself. Which of those would you actually be able to identify as “plastic surgery”?
Men can be so clueless about these things that whenever someone brings up cosmetic surgery, I just lose interest, thinking, “He’s probably making assumptions based on a shallow understanding.”

You seem to be opposed to cosmetic surgery, but I’m in favor of it. I think it’s important for women to want others to see them as beautiful or cute. If cosmetic surgery is one way to achieve that, I don’t see a problem with it.
That said, even though I support cosmetic surgery, there are times when I wonder, “Why get surgery when you look perfectly fine naturally?” But that’s just my personal sense of values. Women have their own values, and I think we simply have to accept that.

You’re making offers based solely on a woman’s personality, without caring about her appearance, right?
So if I recommended someone to you, would you make an offer regardless of what she looked like? I doubt it.
Of course, there have been men who trusted me enough to make an offer without even seeing a photo—but that’s a slightly different matter.
The question is whether you can make an offer without caring about a woman’s appearance.
You clearly care about appearance, so I’m not sure it’s fair to say that women shouldn’t care about it too.
If you really can make an offer based solely on personality, without seeing a photo—even to a woman who weighs over 100 kilos as long as she has a good personality—then I suppose criticizing cosmetic surgery might be understandable.
But if that isn’t the case, I think it would be better to stop.
Also, it’s not that everyone at Universe has had cosmetic surgery. It may simply be that cosmetic surgery has become that common in society, and that even among women who aren’t registered there, the proportion is probably about the same.

I’m Fuu, a columnist.
I’m also someone who enjoys browsing profiles.
Looking through the profiles, I can only find a few people who either have had plastic surgery—or, sorry to put it this way, naturally have a plastic-surgery-looking face (though they may not have had any work done).
Are my eyes completely useless?
Or are the questioner’s eyes simply strange and biased?
Which is it?

Some female respondents may assume that staying silent means I do it, so I just wanted to clarify that I don’t.
Female members can’t see photos of other women, so I wouldn’t know.
When you say that most women who make an effort to look polished have had cosmetic surgery, is that just your assumption, or do you have any evidence to back it up? If you’re saying it without any proof, I find that pretty rude.
Sorry for going on at length when this doesn’t even answer your question.

Honestly, I can’t tell whether someone’s had cosmetic surgery.
Sometimes, not noticing is its own kind of happiness.

I don’t think that’s necessarily true.
Let’s leave getting excited over someone saying, “She’s had plastic surgery,” to people in their twenties and younger. It’s embarrassing.

I haven’t had plastic surgery, but…
I’m not just well-groomed—I’m beautiful, and I don’t have a belly either, okay?
Are you a woman? Are you just jealous?
Or are you a male member? If you made the offer yourself and she turned out to have had plastic surgery, then maybe you’re the one who needs your eyes checked.
