At first, even when I received a “That’s wonderful,” I was cautious because I thought they might just be sending it out indiscriminately. Besides, the programmers are currently too busy to make changes like that in the first place. At this point, the only thing to do is for both of you to send her an offer. And, of course, since you’ll be able to say that you sent her an offer after receiving a “You’re wonderful,” I think it may give you a slight advantage in pursuing the relationship.
