Here are the sizes for Sagami Original 0.02 mm:
L size: 38 mm wide, 190 mm long
Regular: 32 mm wide, 170 mm long
In your case, the girth is a little thicker than the L size, while the length is slightly shorter than the regular size.
Condoms stretch, and since they absolutely shouldn’t leak, it’s fine to use a slightly smaller size as long as it isn’t painful. So for girth, you could probably use the standard L size. The length may be a little too long, though.
By the way, Sagami condoms are made of polyurethane, so they don’t stretch very much. Okamoto condoms are polyurethane up to 0.02 mm, while the 0.03 mm versions are made of rubber, which stretches a little more.
