It’s kind of a strange question, but I assume women who are already seeing one papa (a male supporter) have either put their accounts on hold or left the service.
So the women who are still registered probably either aren’t seeing anyone yet or are looking to add another papa.
With that in mind, I’d say the percentage of women who are seeing only one papa is basically 0%.
There may be exceptions, so it could be a few percent at most.

From the man’s perspective, when an arrangement continues for a long time, it often seems to become one-on-one. Women’s active periods tend to be fairly short. Some continue for years or maintain a roster of regulars, but I suspect most quit and leave after about six months on average. Men probably have similar experiences: the people you meet and the people you actually click with are different, and if you’re unlucky, maybe only one in ten is a good match. I imagine it’s about the same for women. Unless they work at it as a business or happen to get lucky, their options naturally narrow down.
Making an offer right after someone registers can work out, but it seems they usually have other offers too, so things tend to get chaotic. It looks like new offers are coming in, or like they’re juggling several arrangements at once. After a while, things settle down, and at the same time, she starts evaluating you. She might take your hand or gaze intently at you through the mirror beside the bed. If you fail to pick up on those signs, she may suddenly stop responding. If you do, it can lead to a happy long-term relationship. This is based solely on my personal experience, though—I can’t say how typical it is.
What I’m trying to say is that even in a world where 90% is lies, deception, and ulterior motives, there’s still 10% of truth. But that 10% is pure and sincere, so a jaded man won’t recognize it. On the other hand, foolish men, or men who violate the rules and basic etiquette, probably won’t even get the opportunity.
Basically, the woman you’re looking for is someone who will date only you, right? Then you have to start with yourself. Good luck.

Every now and then, women here mention in their questions that they have only one papa, so while it may not be common, it does seem to happen.
A relationship isn’t about numbers. Focus on making the relationship meaningful, and make it something you can part from cleanly and remember fondly.

I’m only seeing one papa (a male supporter)—the only person who made me an offer right after I joined. I’ve been on hiatus ever since.
I think my situation is probably pretty unusual.

Who knows? How many would there really be?
Some women may not get any offers and therefore have no choice but to date just one person.
But in the past, only about two or three out of every ten regular members quit or took a leave from the club saying, “I’m fine with just one person” or “I can’t manage multiple arrangements.”
I’m a low-paying papa, so that’s probably to be expected. If you’re a generous (well-paying) papa, there may be more women who are happy with just one person.
