That’s not a theory I hear very often.
If anything, I hear more people say that having good intimate experiences improves your hormone balance and makes you look more beautiful.
I think it’s simply a matter of having aged three years over the three years you’ve been doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan).
And if that’s the case, papa-katsu aside, it’s only natural to age three years over the course of three years.

I think it’s probably just your imagination.
That said, if you keep having relationships that leave you feeling unsatisfied or unfulfilled, the stress might possibly accelerate aging.
